Day 1 - A Vibrant Welcome to Hanoi: Coffee, Culture, and Connections!**
Touchdown in Hanoi, where the streets are bustling and the coffee will slap the jet lag straight out of you! We’ll head straight to our beautiful digs at Le Jardin Haute Couture, a comfy oasis in the heart of the city. Take a moment to stretch, open your TOOT TOOT MUDDAPLUCKERS welcome pack, and get to know each other. Then we'll go for a wander and explore the vibrant 36 streets of the Old Quarter, alive with color and tantalizing street food.
For our first night, we’re off to a welcome dinner at Home Hanoi Restaurant, where you’ll enjoy some amazing food that reflects the essence of Vietnamese cuisine and a couple of sherberts to toast to new friends. Let the adventure and the good times begin!

Day 2 – Discovering the Heart of Hanoi
Rise and shine, sleepyheads! At 8:15, gather for your briefing before diving into a whirlwind tour of Hanoi. First stop: the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you can snap some epic pics. Then it’s off to the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House!
In the afternoon, we’re diving deep into culture at the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s OG university, surrounded by lush gardens and ancient vibes. Next up, the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology—learn about the 54 ethnic groups that make this place so colorful. We’ll wrap up the day with a stroll to Ngoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake, soaking in the serene atmosphere.
At night, we’ll meet for drinks and see where the night takes us, or you can check out the pillows for a snooze #youdoyouboo.

Day 3 – Ha Long Bay: A Seafarer’s Dream
Get your sea legs ready! At 8:00, we’ll meet our trusty guide and hit the road to Ha Long Bay—it’s time to set sail! After meeting the captain and crew, enjoy a cuppa as you cruise through those breathtaking emerald waters. Seriously, it’s like paradise. Tonight, anchor down and sleep under the stars—it’s gonna be epic!

Day 4 – Serenity and Adventure: Ha Long to Hoi An
Wake up with the sun and sip your tea while soaking in the views. Get your zen on with a tai chi session #ornot before continuing your cruise among the stunning cliffs. After disembarking, it’s back to Hanoi and off to Da Nang!
Hoi An offers amazing tailors to custom-make fantastic clothing. Bring along your favorite clothes and have them made while we're there #tailoredshopping.

Day 5 – Hoi An Walking Tour & Secret Cocktail Adventure
Put on your walking shoes and get amongst it! Today, we’re hitting the streets of Hoi An, starting with the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge. Get lost in the charm of this ancient town as we explore temples and historic buildings.
But wait, there’s more! We’ll dive into Hoi An’s food scene and meet local chefs—you’ll be biking through rice fields and tasting all the good stuff. As the sun sets, we’ll enjoy some extraordinary cocktails during our Secret Cocktail Experience at hidden spots around Old Town. FOUR cocktail bars + 4 cocktails on Fi! We’ll have an experienced host to take us on our cocktail journey while listening to stories about Hoi An's past, present, and future #educationalbevvies.

Day 6 – Biking and Cooking Class & Spa Time
Rise and shine, culinary adventurers! At 8:30, we’ll test our legs and hop on a bike to pedal to the colorful market for some fresh ingredients. For all you Insta fiends, snap some awesome pics with the locals!
Next, we’ll ride over to Tra Que vegetable village, where we’ll meet local farmers and get our hands dirty in the gardens #dirtytoottoots. After that, it’s time for a cooking lesson with a pro chef—prepare to feast on our creations! Once we’ve cooked up a storm, unwind with a relaxing and much-needed two-hour spa treatment.
The night is yours to explore or relax!

Day 7 – Farewell Hoi An, Hello Saigon!
Say hooroo to Hoi An! After checking out, it’s off to Da Nang Airport for our flight to Saigon. Once we land, prepare to soak in the city’s rich history with visits to the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the stunning Central Post Office.
Then we’ll head over to the Reunification Palace—it’s a must-see!
At night, you have the option of coming on a little TOOT TOOT adventure with Fi or letting your head hit the pillow in preparation for tomorrow!

Day 8 – Full Day Mekong Adventure: Nature Meets Culture
Get ready for a Mekong adventure! Meet our local guide and hop on a motorboat to cruise the scenic waterways. Visit a coconut plantation, cycle to a local farm, and learn how to make green grass jelly #wtfisgreengrassjelly.
Lunch with a local family and then check out a traditional coconut broom-making workshop.
To wrap up the day, we’re back in Saigon with a farewell dinner at the Saigon Bar at Caravelle—the views are to die for!
